• Create the strategic framework for the Walmart annual business plan by outlining strategies, developing objectives and improving customer relationships
• Provide profit & loss (P&L) management by ensuring we deliver the agreed profit contribution, funding our growth channel and driving sales

• Collaborate closely across with directors and the greater organization to execute a range of ad-hoc tasks
• Lead the Walmart team through guidance and encourage development

Joining us as Senior Director Customer Development, you’ll lead the delivery and management of our strategic business plan with Walmart. Collaboration is key as you develop strong, strategic partnerships with senior management and lead the overall global relationship with them. And, just like the children whose imaginations we inspire with our products, you’ll grow – personally and professionally.
Bring your strong planning and organizational skills as well as:
• At least eight years’ experience in consumer packaged goods
• At least seven years’ selling experience
• A Bachelor’s degree in a business related field
• Advanced English skills
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
• Experience working in an international environment with global relationships
