What you’ll be doing:
· Product managers selected for this team will be responsible for delivering an incredible mobile experience that achieves both business and customer needs
· Understand and work tirelessly towards McDonald’s vision for the business as a whole, our vision as a Global Digital team, and the strategy of your local market partners
· Clearly communicate product plans and benefits across a broad range of stakeholders (marketing, operations, communications, etc.)
· Drive the definition and execution of product go-to-market in partnership with the Global Digital Engagement team
· Establish and drive against both qualitative and quantitative goals
· Lead customer evangelism to develop capabilities by understanding customer needs, defining customer requirements, articulating the customer journey, and defining minimally viable products
· Collaborate across multiple internal and external stakeholders to champion and create a unified product experience.
· Work with your analytics partners to source and inform your product strategy and decisions—and be prepared to actively source and embrace unapologetic market and customer feedback
· Define, develop, and maintain roadmaps for both existing and new McDonald’s digital products that deliver against customer and business goals.
· Inspire creative thinking and bold action within your team and business partners to turn innovative ideas into real products
· Collaborate with engineering, product, program, and regional digital marketing teams to prioritize the backlog as you collect new insights
Minimum Requirements
Experience we are looking for:
· Demonstrated skill at project and product planning, including product definition, feature prioritization, trade-off processes, and roadmap creation required, (digital background preferred)
· 5+ years experience in delivering successful digital products: You’ve directly impacted or are responsible for them
· Amazing attention to detail across business, technical, and design requirements
· You are an amazing team leader and coach that creates an enviable team environment
· Ability to translate customer needs and data within the market into what it takes to deliver (e.g. requirements, costs)
· Strong collaboration and communication skills: As a global product leader, you are able to combine an understanding of the local market needs with a global business perspective to define relevant digital product priorities with clear, concise recommendations
Passion for great products: You are absolutely obsessed with building amazing products and setting the bar for the next wave of customer experience
· Experience working with both local and global organizations, either as a market representative or in a corporate role
· Passion for the challenge of bringing to life digital products in an environment where every product decision has a direct impact our billions of customers, restaurant crew, and business operations around the world
· Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced, environment while managing competing priorities
· Demonstrated ability to conceive new products and opportunities, evangelize them, and drive success within the business
· Demonstrated ability to develop trusted relationships that enable collaboration and to lead multi-functional global teams who may not report directly to you
· Bachelor’s Degree with a technical discipline or equivalent work experience required
