Leverage influential interpersonal communication skills to develop and manage cross functional relationships with internal business partners like sales, marketing, finance, operations and product development
Architect business wide reporting and analysis solutions and develop new applications and dashboards in response to identified business needs
Lead project implementation for the collection, compilation, and organization of data sets from multiple data sources
Provide ongoing support for data usage and analysis throughout the organization
Plan and lead technical training sessions on data process and practices
Anticipate and proactively develop future requirements to build solutions geared towards future needs
Ability to communicate with stakeholders in a business friendly language
Analyze current systems and processes and recommend new and improved ways to manage data for better and faster decision making
Evaluate current and emerging tools to recommend and architect a global reporting and analytics engine for today and tomorrow’s needs
The requirements of this position include:
5-7 years’ experience focused intensely on data modeling, data analytics and reporting in a manufacturing environment (preferred)
Ability to manage multi-faceted projects with complex deliverables and meet aggressive deadlines
4-6 years’ Project Management related experience required
2-4 years’ experience in CPG environment strongly preferred
Prior experience in architecting new solutions is required
Demonstrated leader able to work collaboratively across an organization
Excellent ability to influence across the organization
Superior written and verbal communication skills
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
Willingness to travel 10%
