This position will lead a portfolio of work streams in the context a larger, more efficient, more effective organization that enhances, speed, agility, and product excellence; significantly contributing to the GSM vision and mission. Scope and work streams may include organizations and operating models related to Nike Liaison Offices, Product Creation as it integrates with GSM, current and future manufacturing operating models, factory partner development, talent management, roles and responsibilities, process and systems integration, integration of affiliates.

This position is based in WHQ and reports to Senior Director, Global Org Evolution, also based in WHQ.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration is preferred.
• 5+ years of experience leading organizational change, process and policy change; experience in strategic planning, organizational development, manufacturing.
• 5+ years of proven people and team management skills leading a culturally diverse work team.
• Proven ability to develop and lead complex strategies across a broad base of cross-functional external stakeholders including external partners, academia, entrepreneurs, industry organizations.
• Strong formal and informal communications skills where concepts and ideas are understood at all levels of the organization.
• Innovative mindset and the ability to influence is paramount.
• Strong leadership attributes with the ability to motivate and coach others. Willing and able to lead by example, coach technically and to take responsibility to achieve business results.
• Understands and has experience in Supplier Factory collaboration and influencing to achieve business results.
• Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 20% of your time.
