The Director, Finance - Nike Stores will drive the overall global financial planning and business performance of Nike Store Owned (NSO) and Nike Store Partner (NSP). This individual will be a member of the Nike Stores leadership team, responsible for leading Nike’s key, consumer focused, and strategic priorities.

• Drive forecasting and performance management of current fiscal year performance, proactively keeping management informed of results, and leading course correction actions when necessary
• Lead the 3 year strategic and annual planning processes for Nike Stores through the Integrated Marketplace (Nike Stores Owned, Nike Stores Partner)
• Develop insights to highlight and influence priorities; deliver timely and relevant analyses to support decision making and catalyze action across the globe
• Lead store fleet investment prioritization and review framework to ensure we achieve expected ROI and deliver on strategic goals
• Leverage industry best practice metrics to institute KPI based performance review and analysis of results
• Partner and collaborate across geography/category/function to drive a dynamic business planning function
Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in a Business-related field with an emphasis in Finance and/or Accounting
• Experience working in a fast paced, dynamic Retail store business
• 6+ years' experience in finance, business/strategic planning, management consulting or related field
• Project management, problem structuring, and strategic problem solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects at once
• Experience in providing C level management support
• Strong ability to develop high profile, influential and collaborative relationships across teams, functions and layers
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create and deliver presentations to senior leadership
• Advanced level proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
