The Director of Product Line Management for Routing and Small Business will be the ‘mini-GM’ of these two lines of business within HPE Aruba, the Networking division of Hewlett Packard Enterprise. Managing two teams of product managers, the director will deliver profitable growth via (1) Go-to-Market efforts in collaboration with Sales, Channels, and other functions; (2) Defining next-gen product strategy for Routing including broader company exploration of Branch and SD-WAN; (3) Defining next-gen product strategy and portfolio execution for Small Business including more focus on the wired+wireless small business office; and (4) Contributing to the leadership team on cross-cutting topics for the Campus & Branch Networking BU.

Domain expertise in LAN, WAN, or both
Go-to-Market driver, leveraging Marketing and Sales both corporate and in-region
Significant direct engagements with customers and partners
Experience supporting pre-sales as a product manager and/or TME
Strong and supportive people manager
Comfort with ambiguity and flexibility in the face of change
Business acumen including P&L ownership
