Join the Brand Marketing team as Director for Marketing. You’ll be responsible for the development and implementation of consumer marketing plans for one of our growing product lines.
U.S. Brand Marketing – provides input into global product and campaign development, and develops and implements U.S. marketing programs. This specific position focuses on product lines representing roughly 30% of U.S. sales, include IP and non-IP themes.

• Oversees growth and profit contribution goals for the Younger Core consumer segment
• Leads the accomplishment of consumer segment objectives as they relate to the company’s strategic objectives
• Drives team to develop and execute marketing strategies for consumer segment and consumer lifetime value
• Provides high-level, longer-term input to global team (PMD) with a broader consumer segment and overall portfolio mindset
• Collaborates and aligns with Sales, Shopper Communications, Retail Marketing, Licensing and IP partners (as necessary) on topline objectives, strategies and opportunities
• Works with Sales team to ensure high level alignment of priorities and challenges to drive mutual value

• College degree required, MBA strongly preferred. Minimum 8+ years of experience in consumer products marketing (and ideally with kids / family products)
• Track-record of building and managing high-performing teams
• Proven successful experience in decision making, analytics and market innovation skills
• Experience in product / campaign launches that have exceeded plan
• Proven success in driving meaningful innovation
• Effective relationship builder and negotiator who can collaborate across functions and business units
• Effective presentation and writing skills with the ability to convey a compelling and concise message, and to engage and inspire colleagues
• Results orientation and project management skills with the ability to prioritize time/task to support business needs
• High level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power Point
• Domestic and international travel required
