In this role, you will work across business functions to drive a consistent partner experience, launch new partner focused products and improve functionality of existing products. These projects, like our users, span the globe and require program managers to keep the big picture in focus. As a program manager, you will lead multidisciplinary projects focused on addressing the needs of our Google for Work partner ecosystem. You will plan requirements with internal customers, collect input from external partners, and guide projects through the entire lifecycle including managing project schedules, identifying risks and clearly communicating goals to project stakeholders. You will dig into the details of your products/projects as needed to provide technical troubleshooting, user acceptance testing, partner support, and documentation.

Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in program management or product management experience in software or related industries.
Preferred qualifications:
MBA or Master's degree.
Demonstrated highly analytical and systematic thought process.
Experience with enterprise software and/or partner operations.
Experience directly working with internal engineering and/or managing vendor engagements in the delivery and ongoing operations of enterprise tools & systems.
Demonstrated ability to develop strong relationships to facilitate effective collaboration, information gathering and strategic decision making.
Excellent communication, teamwork, and client service skills; ability to clearly communicate in discussions and written documents, and to deliver regular updates and feedback clearly and tactfully.
