As a Partner Development Manager for Google Play Games, you’ll be responsible for growing the gaming ecosystem on Google Play through your work with partners and internal cross-functional teams. You’ll have expert knowledge of gaming partner priorities and key metrics, and will be an advocate for partners within Google. You’ll focus on scaling partner outreach to the entire Google Play ecosystem. Finally, you’ll have fun, work with great colleagues, and play games.

Responsibilities
Become the primary point of contact for key gaming partners, including outreach programs for new devices and services.
Communicate and collaborate with the cross-functional teams (product, engineering, marketing) to grow the size of the gaming ecosystem on Google Play.
Track and understand key partner metrics, to understand the health of developer businesses.
Provide feedback and market intelligence from partners to internal stakeholders to identify product gaps and requirements.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience sourcing, managing and negotiating with partners to create successful relationships.
Proven experience working with partners in the gaming and/ or mobile industries.
Proven track record in creating and executing against a pipeline.
Strong understanding of mobile gaming, business models, distribution channels, and competitive landscape.
Strategic thinker, able to solve complex problems and develop creative solutions. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, fluid and collaborative environment.
