Basic Qualifications
• A completed Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or 2+ years Amazon experience
• 3+ years human resource business partner experience
• Experience supporting an hourly employee client groups
• Experience in a call center, distribution center, or manufacturing environment
• Must be willing to work nights, weekends and holdiays
Preferred Qualifications
• Master's Degree or MBA in HRM preferred
• Resume that shows steady progression in HR Management for the last 2+ years
