You will join PeopleDev's Systems and Design team who focus on transforming ideas into learning and development infrastructure and processes that help grow Googlers. This includes helping to develop and manage our suite of learning and development systems that all Googlers use. You will employ a data-driven and culture-nuanced approach, in order to influence how Googlers think about learning and their careers, and take action on their development.

With your have extensive knowledge of key HR systems and experience managing learning and development systems teams, you will deliver a comprehensive product ecosystem for all of Google.

Responsibilities
Lead and drive PeopleDev’s learning and development suite of systems to ensure our products meet the needs of all Googlers.
Manage, coach and set the vision for a team with expertise in product management, system integration and learning and development knowledge.
Partner with CorpEng teams to help shape and drive the strategy of Google’s learning and development product suite.
Partner with the PeopleDev Leadership team and others to increase awareness and knowledge of our system roadmap, feature enhancements, and share insights from data to make informed learning strategy decisions.
Partner with key stakeholders to ensure we are capturing all learning and development needs across the company and building an integrated ecosystem for Googlers, managers and leaders.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of work experience, including 5 years of experience working in a product development environment.
5 years of people management experience.
Experience with product development and product management; experience managing initiatives for technical products and partnering with engineering and UX
Preferred qualifications:
Experience managing HR, Career Development and Learning and Development systems
Masters Degree in Learning and Technology or related field
Demonstrated expertise in coaching and increasing the skills/capabilities of your team members.
