As a Learning Development Business Partner (LDBP) for Access, you will be an essential part of the Access People Operations team and work closely with leadership to understand business goals and ensure that appropriate learning solutions are designed and implemented across your company. You will build strong relationships with stakeholders within the Access organization to deliver high quality solutions. You will have an integral role in helping Access define their Learning and Development (L&D) strategy and future L&D organization.

You are experienced at effectively managing stakeholder relationships and easily build trust and credibility with customers and peers. You possess strong business acumen, are an excellent communicator and team player and have experience managing multiple projects and resources simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
Establish and manage key business relationships and understand the client’s business, be seen as a trusted advisor for business leaders. Partner with senior Consultant to the Alphabet Companies to design the Learning and Development strategy and future organization for Access.
Partner with stakeholders across the client group, understand business priorities and the learning needs that support those priorities. Build, own and execute against Learning and Development strategy and business plan for client group using resources available (internal facilitators, vendors) or directly delivering learning when appropriate.
Partner deeply with other learning organizations at Access. Build and be part of a learning community regardless of reporting lines; this includes partnering closely with Access HR Business Partners to support leadership offsite agenda and content development as needed.
Prioritize (and re-prioritize) in partnership with HR Business Partners to focus on the highest impact work (often assessing planned and foreseen learning needs with new or evolving business needs).
Lead and deliver high profile talent programs. Design, develop and deliver training solutions tacking strategic talent development needs.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
8 years of experience working as an L&D Business Partner supporting client groups or relevant consulting experience.
Experience in the learning and organizational development field.
Preferred qualifications:
Proven track record of building strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
Strong business acumen and the ability to successfully navigate and influence strong personalities within a complex business landscape and matrixed environment
Proven organizational skills and the ability to pay close attention to detail while handling multiple, simultaneous projects under deadline pressure.
Ability to indirectly manage the work of others to get projects completed with high quality results.
Team player in a startup like environment. Willing to roll up sleeves, creatively solve problems, and achieve goals, regardless of roles and responsibilities.
Excellent consulting, communication and facilitation skills.
