In this role, you will partner closely with Enterprise leaders and HR Business Partners to understand business goals and ensure that appropriate learning solutions are designed, implemented and measured/assessed. You will build strong relationships with stakeholders, the People Development teams and the wider People Operations organization in order to establish buy-in and partnership on solutions, leverage existing programs, communicate client needs and priorities, and be the voice of the client.

Responsibilities
Drive the learning and development strategy for the global Enterprise organization, and ensure the overall strategy, prioritization and focus of resources is appropriate to support the requirements of this business together with your peers on the Enterprise Learning Development Business Partner team.
Be a key contributor to the ongoing development and evolution of the People Development strategy for Enterprise.
Partner seamlessly with the Enterprise HR Business Partner team so that the People Development plan fits within the wider people strategy and plan for the client groups.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
6 years of relevant experience.
Experience developing customized learning and development experiences.
Preferred qualifications:
HR Business Partner or Learning & Development Business Partner experience
History of strong partnering and collaboration across teams and organizational boundaries. Able get things done in a matrixed environment.
Strong strategic and systems thinking - able to help others make connections and see the big picture.
Strong analytical skills – the ability to demonstrate impact and efficacy of PeopleDev interventions on the business.
Solutions-oriented with the ability to develop innovative approaches to learning.
Excellent interpersonal, communication skills, and collaboration skills with drive and a passion for development of people and the business.
