Global Video Lead Large Advertiser Products SMB Google Mountain View

As a Global Video Lead, you will be the chief product expert for our large advertiser focused video products, such as Google Preferred, Mastheads, Programmatic and many TrueView formats. You will design and facilitate programs to accelerate video ad growth in collaboration with global cross-functional teams across Sales, Marketing, and Product. You’ll help grow Google’s Small- and Medium-sized Business (SMB) brand business for a fast growing segment of advertisers.

Responsibilities
Be an expert on video advertising and how our large agency and brand customers use our products to drive brand awareness and engagement, compiling and distributing best practices for planning, pitching and measuring video campaigns.
Monitor new feature releases; develop, regionalize and conduct trainings for SMB teams, while considering new and innovative ways to scalability distribute insights.
Adapt approaches developed for other sales channels to SMB, curating the best global resources for our specific sales program needs.
Analyze data to uncover opportunities to accelerate growth, building models to determine addressable audience.
Plan, and execute projects designed to accelerate video growth, engaging with global, cross-functional teams to lead execution.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
Experience with AdWords and creating/optimizing campaigns.

Preferred qualifications:
MBA or advanced degree.
8 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a strategic consulting role.
Proven project management, relationship management and leadership skills.
Exposure to brand marketing and consulting directly with large national or global advertisers.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and take complex, ambiguous topics and turn them into stories that spark an audience.
