Corporate Finance Principal Google Mountain View

As a Corporate Finance Principal, you will support Google Treasury’s capital markets activities, working cross functionally with other Google teams and work externally with Google’s corporate and investment banking partners. You have been a top performer with a proven track record, and have the desire to learn and excel in everything you do. Your work history should demonstrate job stability with increasing levels of responsibility. The Corporate Finance Principal will report to the Head of Corporate Finance.

Responsibilities
Evaluate, structure and execute Google capital markets transactions.
Develop, maintain and/or review complex financial models in support of potential capital markets transactions.
Partner with Google product teams, tax, accounting, legal, various technical teams and advisors to prepare financial analysis and recommendations.
Manage relationships with external banking partners.
Develop financing strategies for new initiatives as required.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Economics or similar discipline or equivalent practical experience.
Experience with spreadsheets and financial modeling.

Preferred qualifications:
Proven ability to perform a variety of complicated tasks with the ability to adapt and excel in a constantly evolving environment.
Understanding of event-driven programming, macros and statistical analysis.
Ability to effectively communicate with a highly technical management team.
Exemplary business judgment, problem solving, quantitative and analytical skills.
Strong leadership skills.
