The WW Sales Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) team is responsible for delivering solutions that support the overall Channel Sales strategy at Apple. These solutions are typically new technical capabilities and/or business processes which impact the effectiveness of Apple’s Sales teams. The BPR Project Manager will be responsible for the coordination and managing of all User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for Sales BPR.

This individual will both lead UATs and coach colleagues on running their own. This role is highly cross-functional and the ability to quickly establish trust and credibility with individuals of varied backgrounds is a must. Additionally, this individual needs to have a passion for process and software quality testing. This individual will work closely with the business (global & regional), IS&T, QA, QSS and BPR peers.
Key Qualifications
Minimum 2 to 5 years leading projects as a project manager, business analyst, and/or UAT Lead
Detailed oriented coupled with the willingness to get the job done by the deadline

Proven ability to be an effective leader who can effectively operate within a matrixed organization. I

Basic understanding of Channel Sales (Training, Storefront Management, Merchandising, CRM, Contracts, Partner engagement, Reporting, etc) and Sales Operations processes.
The ability to convert strategy into action with a solid understanding of project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
Technical acumen required to effectively discuss, strategize, write scripts, and trouble shoot technical issues.
Demonstrated experience managing a complex, highly integrated projects
Description
The BPR Project Manager will gain and maintain a basic understanding of the Channel Sales business and their project goals. Using process knowledge, the Business Requirement Document (BRD), the Engineering Requirement Specification (ERS) and functional expertise, this individual will ensure quality checkpoints are established and is responsible for managing the user acceptance testing process to ensure the business receives working software that supports the business requirements according to the project scope outlined in the BRD along with any change requests. Job details include: Manage & maintain the WW Sales BPR UAT calendar, ensuring global & regions BPR have an insight to all WW Sales UATs Lead UATs and coach colleagues on running their own; partner with QSS as needed Manage UAT communications, example detailed schedule and deliverables, across global stakeholders, subject matter experts, executives and other internal groups, including regular project meetings, email updates and management of project wiki. Develop and maintain key UAT documentation to ensure the proper amount of structure is applied to enable project success (ie UAT Test Scenarios and Scripts, UAT Planning, etc) Build and maintain modular, end-to end and regression script libraries for projects that can be leveraged for testing scalability Partner with IS&T to create test accounts Participate in technical and functional design meetings to ensure requirements are clearly defined and testable Partner with business & colleagues to identify and write test scenarios, test cases and scripts. Able to write test scenarios, test cases, and scripts as needed. This includes modular, End-to-End and Cross Functional Scripts, etc. Ensure the existence and proper data set up of development and test environment Responsible for the management and execution of detailed test plans to verify software functionality and adherence to business requirements (traceability) Responsible for test project status reporting, defect tracking and risk assessments Coordinates with assigned IT, Project Manager, Business Analysts, Operations, Product Support and Development members to deliver a solid platform, including data, for the business users to conduct UAT Manage the Go Live & Production triage process after Go Live. Provide innovative leadership in implementation of improved/standardized UAT techniques Influence and direct project teams to follow the defined UAT approach/processes
Education
Education BA/BS required Project Management certification a plus
