The WW Marketing Communications group is looking for a Managing Producer of 3D Design. The 3D discipline is responsible for the design and development of visual merchandising and product presentation elements for Apple’s direct (Apple Retail) and indirect (Channel) store environments. This person will also oversee the design development process for Apple’s branded Channel Programs which include shop-in-shop formats and freestanding Apple Premium Reseller stores.

Key Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in strategic and executional marketing communications, including:
3D / fixture program design, construction and materials
Retail experience design
Reseller or retail environment (esp. consumer electronics or phone channel) is a plus
Account management or project management at a design firm, ad agency, or in-house marketing communications or creative services department
Budget/financial management
Global experience
Space planning and merchandising experience is a plus
Description
The overarching responsibility of the role is to lead and drive 3D design strategy and creative development, ensuring the successful development, execution and implementation of Apple’s 3D presence in Apple Retail, and Channel branded programs globally. This includes specifically: This is a fast-paced, demanding, and highly-dynamic environment. We are seeking an experienced individual who will: Develop strong working partnerships with 3D Production Managers, Merchandising Managers and Channel Managers Communicate efficiently and effectively, ensuring team alignment and clarity at all times Partner with global geo teams to understand local challenges and opportunities, which inform development and execution of programs Constantly seek to improve collaboration, workflow, efficiency, and quality of consumer experience Lead a team of producers towards project and team objectives Develop and continually manage a long-term project roadmap Deliver 3D Design solutions against Retail and Channel experience Design Briefs Define process, timings, roles and responsibilities around 3D project workflows Oversee and authorize annual, quarterly and project budgets Oversee the creative development process from design intent, through prototypes and standards Manage work developed by agency partners, vendor resources and fixture manufacturers Manage key stakeholders in Retail (Retail Development, Retail Marketing, Execs), Marcom (Channel programs, Retail), Product Marketing, Industrial Design, Product Design, Procurement and Sales Planning & Ops
Education
Bachelor's degree preferred.
