The MasterCard Technologies division of MasterCard Worldwide is looking for outstanding applicants interested in a challenging and rewarding job within the Digital Payments Technology group. This is a senior level leadership position managing many aspects of creating enterprise grade Mobile & Payments Solutions at MasterCard.
The objective for this role will be to provide strong Technical, Consulting, Relationship and Engagement Management, with an emphasis on absolute Quality, on-time Delivery, Budget and Resource Management. The ideal candidate will be an experienced mobile Subject Matter Expert or Evangelist, with extensive in Customer-Centric experience who will be able to liaise between business/technology and lead large cross-functional teams, across multiple geographies to achieve outstanding results.

Role
• Responsible for end to end program management, providing leadership and strategic direction to multiple teams and/or functional areas;
• Help lead other project managers who are supporting the various programs.
• Understand industry best practices, available tools and APIs to mentor, lead and manage cross-functional teams in building quality products;
• Be strategic with big picture thinking to look beyond current task and immediate situation, to guide the team effectively towards leadership vision and goals;
• Build meaningful, sustainable and trusted relationships with business teams;
• Provide ongoing senior level status updates against strategy, technology and financial objectives;
• Ensure the appropriate resources and budget are aligned to deliver timely, effective, efficient and predictable results;
• Understand and integrate business operations as needed, considering the full end to end customer experience;
• Coordinate development needs with product and engineering teams across the organization;
• Identify and recruit necessary talent to build a world class organization, focused on delivering innovative Mobile and Payment solutions;
• Participate in defining governance frameworks and standards;
• Define a key set of quality and performance metrics appropriate to the organization;
• Work closely with business partners on product definition, product roadmaps, business case development, and overall direction;
• Ensure approved staffing levels are maintained, departmental and staff education, training and cross training needs are met;
• Ensure budgets are managed to investment value;
• Apply the business strategy and drive the technology strategy balancing short term and long term needs to ensure performance and scaling objectives are achieved.

• Budget and financial management experience;
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related functional area or equivalent work experience;
