Sr Director, Customer Solutions will be responsible for qualifying, selling and leading first customer interactions for the ICE team, by providing technical insight, go fast planning, facilitating contract, pricing and readiness to capture the first business win of prototype, design and assembly as per customers’ expectations. Responsible for participating in the formation of corporate and strategic plans and to create new business and sustain current accounts.
Expertise in business development and negotiation of commercial issues (price, contract terms, etc.)
