We are seeking a Director, Integrated Marketing to drive marketing strategy for eBay Marketplaces North America, developing customer & marketing/retail strategy, roadmap and integrated marketing plans – then flawlessly implementing.
You will also be expected to drive innovation & learning across offline and online channels to drive better results for the business you own (Retail Moments). The role offers a strong intersection of marketing intuition & strategy, consumer insights & analytics, campaign tactical & creative execution and product experience.

The ideal candidate is an experienced marketer who:

• Is able to go deep on marketing plans and performance across a portfolio of businesses (verticals categories, seller business) and marketing tactics

• Ensure that plans bring agreed-upon customer/marketing strategy to life

• Recommends prioritization given capacity constraints, strategic importance & performance expectations and then works with stakeholders to smoothly execute

• Makes changes to plans as needed, given business results and trends

You will work hand in hand with all NA Marketing teams, Global Operations, Global Marketing Channels, Customer Strategy and NA Marketing teams. You’ll be driving top management recommendation to ensure the right plans for the agreed-upon strategy are delivered to drive our goals.

Closely collaborate with multiple stakeholder organizations to ensure dots are connected between customer strategies, marketing objectives and strategies
Become the U.S. Marketing team’s expert on each digital and above the line channel – in order to heavily impact specific plans and ensure we meet our goals
Lead a cross-functional team & agencies to develop strong marketing strategy/roadmap and integrated marketing plans
Collaborate with marketing channels and operations to launch campaigns, including in email and onsite merchandising but driving learning & expanded to mobile, social etc.
Work closely with market research & analytics teams to understand consumer segmentation/behavior & identify consumer insights to develop customer strategy
Partner with agencies to deliver impactful creative and keep evolving/improving based on external best practices
Owner End-to-End marketing strategy and marketing plans and calendar
Deliver on Customer, Content and Contact strategy for Electronics by partnering with internal stakeholders, agency partners and channel leads
Proficient in budget management and make allocation recommendations for specific channels
