HR Professional that understands business needs and can translate those into HR strategy/actions
• Advice, support and assists senior management in all HR topics as well as organizational structural questions
• Translates business strategy in staffing and competency strategy and drives implementation
• Is responsible for Headcount planning and implementation of those plans
•Supports, consults and advises during the search and selection process of technical experts and senior managers
• Is responsible for preparing offers to candidates
• Supports and advises managers in all topics around performance management, skill set calibration, bi-annual goals, training and more
• Consulting and support of senior manager on Comp&Ben, annual review and special incentive plans
• Supports change management processes
• Support for the integration of new employees
• Coaches and advises managers in all questions around employee & Leadership Development
• HR-Reporting
• Cooperation with international NXP HR staff
• Project management of global HR projects

Your Profile:
• Solid professional experience as an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner (8+ years ) in an international company
• Worked in multinational environment
• University Degree
