Director Digital Hub Transformation Operations GE Township of Craig

In this role you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership support to the Hub Leader in all aspects of business services and IT operations within the Digital Hub. You will provide leadership support in building teams of best in class talent and foster an environment of strong collaboration & engagement. As Transformation Leader, you will establish relationships & build trust with internal & external stakeholders, & develop/execute strategies to meet business & customer outcomes.

Create and drive strategies in alignment with the GE Digital’s IT vision and the Company's overall vision and business goals.
Prepare and manage financial targets which support the company goals and customer outcomes.
Work with local leadership to ensure all deliverables adhere to deadlines, specifications, and budgets. Develop and implement performance metrics which reflect customer and business outcomes.
Establish and build trust with stakeholders internally and externally, including customers, business unit IT leaders, product and application development Leads, PMO, employees and other key stakeholders.
Drive change and cross pollination through standard enterprise processes through centers of excellence in the Hubs
Develop & cultivate mutually beneficial relationships and strategic engagements with key partners.
Leverage the industrial breadth of GE to innovate across industries and deliver products to the GE Store. Conceive and oversee business innovation programs leading to digital productivity.
Lead the transformation from IT governance to enterprise digital governance.
Leadership, Culture & People


Develop/execute strategies that enable diverse IT teams to deliver digital products & services for high quality solutions/outcomes for customers and business units.
Sets standards, drives agile culture / methods and teams of teams partnership & execution. Collaborates with teams across the hub to find ways to execute with speed and deliver productivity gains.
Connect with employees, articulate a clear vision, mission and purpose for the Hub & provide line of sight to how what we do impacts customer outcomes.
Demonstrates GE Beliefs and create an environment that fosters strong collaboration, networking and fun work environment where GE is considered an employer of choice.
Attract, retain & develop great talent: Partner with HR to build strong processes to attract great talent; grow GE Digital IT capabilities through meaningful, diverse career opportunities and continuous professional development.

Titoli/Requisiti
Basic Qualifications


Bachelor's Degree in STEM related field
15+ years of experience in IT or technical leadership roles
Minimum 10 years of experience leading multi-discipline technical teams
