NIKEiD Site Operations Director Global Digital Commerce Nike Portland

As our NIKEiD Site Operations Director, you will be responsible for creating the vision and strategy for the NIKEiD digital product operations team, and for ensuring the timely and successful global digital launch of each NIKEiD custom product for our footwear and jersey products across digital service experiences on nike.com and within our NIKEiD retail studios. In addition to Nike custom product, you will also be responsible for executing the Converse digital custom product, managing the relationship with Converse, and ensuring the timely and successful launch of all Converse customized product on .com.
In this crucial role, you will identify opportunities to take our digital product to the next level, and into the future of digital technology; and you will work closely with our Digital Commerce Experience team, footwear product design and merchandising, and digital product management and technology teams, to bring that vision to life. You will help define the future tool enhancements and roadmap to meet the business needs of this amazing and beloved service. You will work closely with the Consumer Digital Technology team to prioritize issues and ensure the proper functioning of the digital product across our global digital commerce and retail experiences on the front end and to assure orders are correctly passing to our factories on the back end.
You will lead and motivate a team of Digital Developers, Imaging Editors and Content Specialists to assure product launches on the site on time and flawlessly in a fast-paced environment — assuring image quality, color matching and integrity, co-developing experience standards to make the experience easy for consumers and creating digital pre-build content in collaboration with merchandising to market the product on site. The position is also responsible for managing to an imaging and production budget, and planning and advising the leadership team on the future needs for this budget based on business priorities.

Qualifications
Requirements for the position include:
Bachelor's Degree, or an additional 2 years of experience in digital industry required
At least 10 years of experience in digital —digital product management, digital technology and/or digital operations required; service design experience is a plus
At least 3 years of people management experience required; experience managing teams over 10+ a plus
Strong communication skills - written, verbal and presentation skills, building strategic presentations
Excellent leading with influence and partnership skills
Experience managing to a budget and projecting costs to build budget forecasts
Demonstrated experience with process optimization
