Director Program Management CRM Solutions Philips Massachusetts

Director of Program Management will be responsible for translating business needs into technical CRM solutions from Business Case through the Design, Development, Deployment, training and support of the solutions. As the Director/Leader you must apply the 3 Behaviors (Eager to Win, Take Ownership & Team up to Excel) in all that you do.
Your responsibilities
You will be responsible for gaining agreements with the Healthcare North America (HCNA) Business and Transformation teams (M2O) on all Channel CRM program/project objectives. Manage your teams toward effectively meeting all project milestones; schedule, cost, quality of solutions. As a business partner you will focus on maximization of the added value for the business and manage the internal and external stakeholders. Day to day responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Lead and mentor a Team of highly motivated professional Project Managers and Business Analyst toward the collective and individual goals and objectives.
• Confer and update the PMO Sr Director on all issues and progress
• Liaison between HCNA business and the M2O teams with regard to Channel CRM
• Manage the program team resource demand from local and Global business Stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross functional teams (Field, Marketing, Comm Ops, Sales Ops, Sales Support Center, Finance, M2O) as appropriate to design, develop and deploy, train & support all CRM solutions
• Track and communicate all planning & execution status of all the program workstreams
• Defines the risks of the project (e.g. specs, costs, planning, etc.) and develops scenarios to overcome these risks.
• Deploys process improvements and makes the project organization efficient and transparent, in line with departmental and project processes
• Apply Agile, Kaizen, QEK, PMP, PDCA, Six Sigma and any other Project methodologies based on the type of Business issue in order to meet the objective.
• Manage and support all your direct reports HR related needs and approvals pre policy i.e. time-off, expense, & procurement requests plus mid-year & yearly PPM.

Your team
CRM Project Team is one of the Healthcare PMO workstreams that supports all of Commercial Operations and the Field Sales Organization.
The team plays a lead role in all transformation HCNA CRM initiatives plus consults with the larger PMO team on all related peripheral initiatives. In addition this role and its team members are also involved with M2O Harmonization efforts and participate on new Global M2O solutions as both a consultant and customer.
The team are highly motivated professionals that enjoy the cross function variety and interactions of both local & Global teams. We are looking for
Someone that can walk the walk when it comes to showing sales leaders and the salesforce what the CRM (Salesforce.com) tool can do. Someone that can quickly take out their iPad and demonstrate the benefits as well as someone that is knowledgeable about sales processes / sales operations. Driving sales productivity and sales enablement is your forte! This is not a System Administrator or Salesforce implementation role. Here are some other must haves:

• Bachelor's Degree
• At least 5+ years’ experience working in a sales organization
• Demonstrated track record in setting challenging goals, organizing and motivating teams to meet and exceed demanding targets
• Able to communicate effectively with all levels of management both inside the company and with customers
• Direct management experience with ability to inspire and develop people/team
• Self-starter with ability to work in a global/matrix environment
