The Internet of Things Software Platform Group is looking for a product leader to help drive and evolve our platform. The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience/expertise in SaaS solutions in a highly distributed environment, will be well respected by his/her peers in the technical community as a mentor, and will interact with key customers to help guide the IoT platform journey.
• Oversee multiple product lines and manage a team of PMs and Technical Product Managers (TMEs)
• Define and shape the IoT Software vision, technology roadmap, and framework for product lifecycle management, as well as drive the go-to-market portfolio timeline
• Partner with key internal groups across sales, marketing, legal, etc
• Gain deep insight into the IoT landscape across the key stakeholders to proactively predict and respond
• Principles to follow:

o Lead by example
Requirements include:
• Experience with both achievements and failures in product leadership
• A minimum of 10 years of product management experience
• A minimum of eight years of software industry experience with proven track record
• Must have experience in cloud services, developer frameworks and data management & services
• Experience in existing & new infrastructure cloud platforms
• Must be willing to work out of an office located in San Francisco, CA OR San Jose, CA.
• Some travel required
