Twitter is seeking a “Director of Data Services” who will be responsible for building and maintaining a successful data services practice within the Twitter Data organization. This primarily includes the creation of a measurable and sustainable services revenue line leveraging Twitter Data Products and Data Science to create repeatable and profitable data services that meet market demand from brands and agencies seeking insight from Twitter data.

Key Responsibilities:
Services Creation:
Manage the creation and scope of Data Services
Interact with our closest partners and customers to identify market demand for specific products or services, and prioritize based on impact.
Work closely with appropriate Twitter sales, channel, product, support, finance teams to build joint partner solutions and go to market strategy.
Support creation of new products or services to support brands in leveraging Twitter.
Sales and Partnerships
Build strong relationships with key customers and develop in-depth understanding of partner products, business lines and key objectives.
Meet quarterly revenue objectives for data services.
Services Delivery:
Scope and execute against client needs through delivery of Data Services
Manage cross-functional team dedicated to delivery of Data Services
Requirements:
8+ years of relevant Business Development experience, MBA, Law degree or similar post-graduate degree preferred
Infectious passion for Twitter with a clear understanding of social media ecosystem.
Proven experience driving large groups of internal stakeholders to consensus and close for technical partnerships/deals.
Experience working with large brands, marketers and CMOs on strategic initiatives
Experience independently negotiating and closing strategic customer deals, including partnerships that require deep sales and product integrations between companies.
Sharp strategic thinker who can design and execute on a vision. History of running quickly with little supervision. Ability to adapt to and lead through fast-paced, high-growth, uncertain environments.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills. Ability to speak fluently to senior executives, salespeople and product managers.
Previous experience working for an established Management Consulting Firm is highly desirable
