Twitter is looking for an outstanding product leader to oversee product safety, anti-spam, and account security. We’re looking for an exceptional product leader who is excited to tackle those challenges and who will be responsible for creating a safer, more trustworthy experience so that people can express themselves confidently on Twitter.
You will lead a team of product managers and mentor them through all facets of product development, from setting product vision to establishing the pace of product execution and raising the bar on ideas from individual teams. The role will frequently involve working directly with the senior executive team.
Who you are
A track record of building great products
Experience designing and building abuse prevention and safety features for a consumer internet product
Technical depth that lets you understand and earn the respect of world-class engineers
Experience working with designers to create useful and usable products
Exceptionally clear and precise communication
Requirements
5-10 years of product management experience, and three or more years of experience managing teams of product managers
Strong quantitative background to support data-informed decision making
BA/BS in Computer Science or a related technical field
