Twitter is looking for a world-class Director of Product Marketing to lead a global product marketing team in driving adoption of Twitter’s suite of consumer products, which span strategic pillars including creative expression, content discovery, and curation. This is a critical leadership role that will bring to life the possibilities of Twitter to consumers, creators, and partners through inspiring marketing stories, compelling, programs, and valuable insights across the entire product lifecycle.
What You’ll Do

You will lead a strong global team of product marketing managers and guide them through all facets of product marketing, from understanding audience insights, to influencing product strategy, to developing world-class go-to-market activities. The role will also work closely with the Head of Product, CMO, and other senior leadership to ensure alignment across the org.

We are looking for a Director of Product Marketing with a strong strategic and creative background that can develop and execute unified product marketing strategy globally across our suite of products. If this sounds like you, you probably have:

Demonstrated ability to develop go-to-market strategies and build successful ongoing marketing programs that drive product adoptionDeep understanding of consumer tech and significant end-to-end experience launching successful products
Experience leading a large marketing teams and hiring / developing strong marketing talent
Ability to set clear vision for product marketing’s role within the broader org
Experience working with product, research, operations, media, communications and engineering organizations to build consumer product narrative in a coordinated way
Experience creating and evolving great product education and marketing programs to help new and existing users get the most out of product experiences
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with all levels of the organization
Passion for Twitter and storytelling
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree, MBA preferred
​10+ years of marketing experience, 5+ managing a team
