Drive positive client outcomes in RFP marketing, renewals, enrollment results; uses data analytics to develop market position and opportunity to deliver client value
· Supports the business through centralization of information related to voluntary/core coverages to drive client value and thought leadership to identify next generation products and services
· Oversees client marketing/renewal reports and carrier surveys/analytics; leads financial review and process
Responsibilities

· SME for voluntary and core plans
o Product gap analysis for prospects/clients
o Demographic analysis
§ Thorough understanding of products, underwriting and pricing
o Product strategist
§ Plan design recommendations
§ Carrier/vendor recommendations
o Proficient in utilizing public information to provide further product discovery

· Financial modeling and analysis
o Provide prospects/clients projections
§ Understand implications of vendor and benefit administration platforms as it relates to estimates in participation and revenue growth
§ Gather and track assumptions used for projections
o Assist in reporting of revenue projections
o Track and update yearly client revenue projections

· Product development
o Work with Brokered Services vendor relations, sales and account management leadership to identity product gaps and develop new offerings to strengthen competitive position
o Support vetting of new product offerings including gathering/documenting required information/data needed to support leadership approval of products, providers or overall service offerings

· Market knowledge of enrollment/benefit administration options
o Familiar with vendors, capabilities and limitations
o Understanding of conditions/culture changes that could impact results/revenue

· Assist with client and prospect sales presentations
o Recommend benefit plans and vendors
o Support recommendation decision with data relevant to opportunity
o Strong communication skills
o Proficient in Power Point, Word, Excel and PDF formats

· RFP assistance
o Carrier and product comparison
o Plan design strategy
o Identify vendor administrative capabilities based on prospect needs
o Assist with spreadsheet and research projects
o Responses to specific RFP questions related to product and services
