Advise cross functional teams on U.S. multinational corporate tax matters including Subpart F rules, transfer pricing, and international tax laws to achieve operational efficiency and business goals
Manage federal and international tax audits and correspondence with domestic and foreign tax authorities
Partner with key contacts in operations, finance, treasury, and legal to identify and implement tax planning strategies and minimize potential tax risks
Review contracts and collaborate with legal to ensure contracts contain key terms consistent with global tax structure
Monitor and analyze existing and proposed tax legislation
Collaborate with colleagues in our global tax team
What We’re Looking For
15+ years of experience in industry, law firm, and/or Big 4
Solid understanding of international tax concepts and controversy experience
Proven experience in a multinational environment, preferably a Fortune 500 company
JD required
International travel required
Strong written and verbal communications skills required
Proven ability to communicate effectively with senior management team
Strong tax research and organization skills
