Leads Property Tax Department to
Manages Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance process for Property Tax
Provides overall direction for Property Tax
Serves as Company's national property tax expert and representative
Minimum Qualifications
5 years of supervisory experience.
8 years experience in property tax, accounting, finance or related field OR 6 years Walmart accounting or finance experience.
Additional Preferred Qualifications
8 years experience negotiating property tax-related issues.
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Real Estate, Business, Mathematics, or related field and 6 years experience in property tax, accounting, finance or related field.
Certified Member of the Institute (CMI), Certified Professional Accountant (CPA), Certified Appraiser Evaluator (CAE) or similar certification.
Law degree.
