Responsibilities:
Drive revenue by prospecting, identifying, and developing new accounts
Close new business consistently at or above quota level
Develop effective sales strategies for new regions and industry segments
Build culture and develop best practices within a growing Doximity sales team
Share market insights with the Doximity product and marketing teams
Limited travel may be necessary
About You:
You are highly analytical with the ability to analyze competitors, develop winning sales strategies, assess business opportunities and read prospective buyers
You have demonstrated experience negotiating terms, structuring contracts and closing deals
You have an unparalleled ability to foster new relationships, penetrate new accounts and drive business growth
You can accurately assess pipeline and provide appropriate forecasting
You have at least 3 years of applicable experience and a reputation of being a top performer
Recruitment experience, particularly for healthcare professions, is a plus
