PPMT is looking for an experienced, seasoned business leader, who possesses a broad perspective of finance and analytics, to continue our transformation journey and lead the next generation of concepts and capabilities. The candidate must have a vision and passion around business insights and is comfortable driving cultural and business process change. He or she will lead and be the thought leader for our Strategy/Business Architecture teams and manage a senior team of Architects and Business Managers to establish end-state Enterprise Performance Management vision and strategy. The candidate must also be prepared to roll-up their sleeves, to drive this journey.
Effective partnership with all functional groups within Finance and the key non-Finance functions is required on a day to day basis. The candidate is responsible for providing critical inputs for initiatives and prioritization within portfolio management, process standardization and optimization through a defined governance model to ensure effective assimilation of new processes / integrations into the current and emerging operating model. He or she will also work closely with the Solution Architects to ensure the solutions built are holistic and capable of not only meeting the requirements of today, but are also flexible and scalable to meet planned roadmap capabilities.

● Lead all financial concepts and capabilities related to financial planning, forecasting, management reporting and business insight.
● Providing guidance to the team of architects with industry leading concepts and visionary ideas through his or her thought leadership. The candidate must help the team mature as true business leaders in the areas they manage.
● Collaborating with partners and industry experts, absorbing and bringing new knowledge and concepts to Cisco, and helping the team work with the partners effectively.
● Establishing clear strategy for reporting, forecasting and related areas; defining the end state for all the critical areas within scope, and developing a 3 – 4 year roadmap of activities to achieve the end state. This includes guiding the team with priorities and providing regular visibility to Finance Leadership.
● For enterprise initiatives and requirements initiated by other functions, acting as the lead point of contact and guiding the team to understand the change required in Finance to support the initiatives. This includes providing clarity to senior leadership team on the impacts to Finance.
● Ensuring that strong controls and governance.
● Being able to articulate and manage the Financial vs Operation vs Technical requirements.
● Being a strong mentor to the team by coaching them on new concepts and motivating and guiding the team to ensure a strong community of Finance architects are developed.
● Working as a team to drive rigor around delivering initiatives and transformational processes that address changing business needs.
● Developing and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships with proper communication and engagement to ensure escalations and problems are addressed in a timely manner in collaboration with the other Leads within the organization and IT partners.

Minimum Qualifications
● 15+ Accounting / Financial
● Strong in concepts of business architecture, strategy and architectural frameworks.
● Fast learner and possess the desire and passion to learn new concepts.
● Background in financial reporting, forecasting and budget management and business decision-making process and technological solutions.
● Experience / understanding of performance management, statistical analysis and trending.
● Technological knowledge and use of various business intelligence systems such as Hyperion, MicroStrategy, Oracle and Business Objects.
● Strong project management skills and prior experience leading cross functional and global deployments.
● People management with demonstrated leadership experience and influencing skills.
● Proven track record of effective partnerships with various cross functional teams.
● Bachelor degree minimum in area of finance, accounting, information technology or general business management.
● Candidate must have strong relationship management skills and be able to work collaboratively and seamlessly at all levels.
● Demonstrate ability to work in team environment and help resolve issues.
● Strong written and oral communications skills.
● Collaborative nature and customer-service oriented.

Desired Skills
● Operational Experience desired.
● 5+ years of FP&A, Business Finance & supporting business users desired.
