As Director of Sales Operations, you will partner with cross-functional teams to enable sales leadership to make effective, analytically driven, and strategic operating decisions. Ideal candidates for this position will be passionate about advertising and be a strategic thinker who can drive results. This position will report to Global VP, Revenue and Partnerships and will be based in New York.
What you’ll do:

Performance tracking, analysis & goal-setting
Lead statistical analysis on account and category performance to drive insight/recommendations to senior leadership team
Consult and advise stakeholders around best business approach
Provide analytical support in order to develop and define KPIs, goals and levers for business growth
Develop detailed presentations and convey information to senior level staff across multiple functions
Develop strong collaborative relationships with key stakeholders across the company
Business planning and insights
Support senior management in strategic, operational and financial planning and ensure decisions in line with the global sales organization’s approach
Ensure we have strong plans at a region, vertical/team and account level
Drive operational reviews and rhythm of the business, leading business analysis including revenue, customer and market analysis
Lead core sales operations processes for the team, including quarterly and annual goal setting
Strategic projects and initiatives
Identify, scope and drive critical projects and initiatives for Sales teams, partnering with cross-functional teams across the organization
Lead/facilitate cross functional teams to get work done, driving recommendations through to implementation
Drive operational excellence in the Sales organization through identification and execution of opportunity areas that create efficiency, remove obstacles, or create improved processes and approaches to the business
Partner with Leaders and HRBP on Organizational Effectiveness

Minimum Qualifications:

BS/BA in Advertising, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
5+ years experience in sales operations, business operations or strategic planning
In-depth knowledge of digital media, online marketing technology and its competitive landscape.
Proven ability to solve complex and diverse business problems
Strong leadership and influencing skills
Able to develop or oversee advanced quantitative analysis and derive actionable insights
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Willing to travel.
