The Website Security Revenue Group is responsible for delivering on commercial outcomes that include top-line sales growth, profitable business and the cultivation of emerging products for the benefit of Symantec’s shareholders
Responsibilities
The Leader of Sales Revenue Operations will be responsible for utilizing a set of analytical capabilities, business acumen and strategic judgment to deliver insights that will help the Revenue Group hit its goals. This includes but is not necessarily limited to the following set of activities:
· Create data driven models and analytical approaches to determine opportunities for improved business performance, growth and emerging products
· Analyze the impact of different deal structures and entitlement options on commercial outcomes. Make recommendations in line with findings
· Build relationships with Product, Finance and Business Operations teams and influence commercially beneficial outcomes
· Support Sales with items such as deal review, pricing and licensing recommendations.
· Prepare and deliver presentations to executive team regarding the results of analysis and implications and next steps for the business
Requirements:
· Analytical financial job experience a must – typical backgrounds could include finance, consulting or sale operations roles
· Insights based decision making approach – know the basis for your conclusions
· Demonstrated success at indirect management in matrix organizations: Adept at building relationships and using influence to gather data, test findings and communicate implications
· Self-starter; motivated; energetic
· Outcome based mindset – success will depend on delivering on measurable goals
· Sense of fun – yes, it’s a requirement that you can laugh
· Leveling and Title will be based on experience
