Oracle is looking for a creative, self-motivated individual with experience and skills in professional business and technical content development and messaging. The Principal Product Marketing Director will be responsible for developing, editing, refining and evangelizing business-oriented and technical content targeted at buyers of Oracle’s hardware products and integrated solutions – especially Oracle Servers and Engineered Systems.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Development and refinement of best-in-class professional presentations on topics including Oracle Servers and Engineered Systems
Authoring and editing compelling written and multi-media content that accurately communicates technical messages to a broader audience
Working with product experts to evangelize their solution and customer successes to our target audiences – both external and internal
Working with other Oracle teams across the globe to promote effective two-way communications about our products, solutions and customer successes
Preferred Qualifications:
2-4+ years in B2B or technical marketing
Polished verbal and written communication skills
Advanced presentation / PowerPoint development skills
Basic understanding of IT technology including enterprise software, hardware and Cloud
Experience with Social Media marketing and metrics and community development
SEO and SEM
Design / Graphic Artist skills a major plus
Personal and small team project management
A sense of style and distinctive voice
