Leads the development and execution of CCNA’s strategy for its business-to-business communication plan for the annual trade communications initiatives for National Retail Sales, Foodservice and On-Premise. Acts as 'brand manager' for positioning CCNA to retail customers through the following activities: liaisons with CCNA National and Region Customer Teams, Brand Marketing, Commercial Leadership, Independent Bottlers and senior management stakeholders to identify key communication objectives and opportunities; print and web advertising development and execution
media plan development and oversight; strategy and content development for key retail channel trade shows (FMI, NACS etc.), sponsorships and other industry affairs participation; leads trade public relations strategy and execution.

With supervisor, oversee $3.3 million budget and continually assesses marketing communication platforms to ensure we are consistently and cost-effectively reaching identified (customer) target audiences.

Enhance relationships with retail, foodservice, and on-premise industry organizations via strategic communications and public relations platforms.

Manages onsite Trade Events for National Retail Sales, Foodservice and On Premise customer teams

Develops methodology and processes for evaluation of ROI for the Company’s involvement with retail associations, print media and other public relations/media platforms as it relates to Trade Communication initiatives.

Own development and execution of multi- year strategy and plan for business-to-business trade communications including advertising, trade shows, PR, sponsorships for assigned sales functions (Food Service, Retail, On-Premise).

Develop and execute strategic messaging and creative development for a calendar of business-to-business and opinion shaper events (trade shows, conferences, expos) with budgets totaling $3M+ annually in assigned areas of responsibility. Development and management of standard tool kits for regional needs.

Manages Exhibit Services company relationship overseeing onsite events. Responsible for recommending enhancements, maintenance of $2.2M exhibit system; identify/oversee additional capital requirements as needed.

Ensure customer service meets company standards, cost efficiencies are maximized, and strategic linkage to national properties is maintained.

Identify and assess industry voice via peer benchmarking, industry events, networking opportunities. Key Association liaison (e.g. member of NACS and ADA Exhibit Advisory Committees) and develops evaluation methodology to determine ROI associated with Trade Communication Activities.

Education

Minimum Required: BS/BA (or equivalent)

Preferred Level: MS/MA/MBA (or equivalent)

Experience

Minimum Required: Sales Management, Marketing or Advertising 3-5 years

Preferred Level: B2B communications experience, Marketing or Advertising 2-4 years

Specialized Technical Skills

Minimum Required: Trade/Industry Event experience, Budget/P&L management
