Lead's GMD program activities to: Perform technical planning, systems of systems engineering, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems. Complete analyses at all levels of total system product to include: concept, requirements definition, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal. Ensure the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints. Perform functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications.

• GMD DSC Deputy Director to The Boeing GMD DSC SE&I IPT Director. Lead the Boeing - Northrop Grumman Systems Engineering and Integration (WSE&I) team
• Direct daily Boeing and Northrop Grumman GMD DSC systems engineering activities for 90+ personnel
• NGTS GMD DSC Deputy Program Manager.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, you must minimally meet the knowledge, skills, and abilities listed below:
• Bachelors of Science Degree in an Engineering discipline
• 5 years leading weapon system or system of systems engineering
• 10 years large weapon system systems engineering
• 5 years engineering leadership or management
• Position requires a current Secret Clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
Candidates with these desired skills will be given preferential consideration:
• Masters degree in an Engineering or Business discipline
• 10 years engineering leadership or management
• 10 years of missile system or missile defense systems engineering
• Cross company/organization leadership
• Position prefers a candidate with a current Top Secret Clearance
