DoubleDutch is looking for a Director of Engineering to drive inspiring software solutions, manage, mentor, and grow a team of talented engineers.
Responsibilities:
-Lead and mentor a team of highly skilled technical professionals in a cross-functional team
-Instill a spirit of continuous improvement in all aspects of an Agile development processes
-Drive performance analysis and optimization efforts
-Collaborate with product management to define and execute the roadmap
Minimum Qualifications:
-Experience managing multiple development teams
-Experience managing iteration planning, retrospectives, and post-mortems
-Familiarity with web and mobile technologies
-Demonstrated experience shipping exceptional software
-5+ years technical leadership and people management experience
-Hands-on development experience
-Strong OOD/OOP skills and ability to mentor on such topics
Preferred Qualifications:
-A degree in Computer Science
