Job Description:
Marketing lead and the voice of the connected consumer in the Ford research lab in Palo Alto
Drive FordPass mobility & experience partnerships engagements with Start-ups, Incubators, Accelerators on the West Coast
Influence the Ford Pass team mobility and journey experience features development and communication and marketing of all key features based on learnings in Palo Alto.
Deliver data driven strategies to inform strategic direction of the innovation lab based on the connected customer segmentation, demographics and market forecasts
Support delivering the mobility & journey experience and related feature cycle plan (1-3 yr view) and supporting growing the monetization opportunities
Immerse the research team in Palo Alto about the work being done with FordPass and, vice-versa.
Basic Qualifications:
8+ years of marketing leadership experience in broad, cross functional, consumer marketing
2+ years of experience at a tech product-focused company; previous start-up, F500 experience
5+ years full people management responsibility, with proven ability to build (recruit, train, coach) a high functioning team
Bachelor’s Degree, required
Preferred Qualifications:
MBA Degree, strongly preferred
A strong track record of success and results at previous companies innovating consumer experience
Experience as a Chief Experience Officer or Product Manager, of a mobility/digital/software business
Experience establishing deep and successful partnerships with F500 companies and startups
Owner mindset: ability to take ownership of an issue and see it through to business outcomes
Experience in Mobility and Connected Consumer Experience
