Job Description:
This role will lead the operation and execution of GoDaddy’s Marketing and Customer Experience pricing operations team, supporting our global pricing strategy across products, customers, partners and geographies. This key role is responsible for optimizing pricing operations: collaborating with the product, advertising and marketing teams to create and maintain competitive catalog and promotional pricing, develop new promotional & pricing tools, develop new methodologies for creating and maintaining global pricing.
Responsibilities
Provide strategic vision & day-to-day leadership to the pricing team to provide competitive catalog and promotional offers for our customers.
Partner with international, product, advertising, finance teams to develop industry-leading value and offers.
Execute and continuously improve pricing process with a focus on efficiency, accuracy and quality
Provide guidance to business partners for development of new promotional and pricing tools.
Develop new methods for creating and maintaining international pricing by market and currency.
Continuously improve audit processes to monitor price risk across tools, catalogs, POPs, promotions and currencies.
Join forces with internal partner teams to increase GoDaddy NPS results.
Analyze financial KPIs to identify potential pricing opportunities across the business.
Coach and mentor individual team members. Recognize and provide growth opportunities to employees dependent upon their specific abilities and interests.
Requirements
The right candidate for this job will have 3-5 years experience leading business operational teams and a strong understanding of ecommerce product catalogs, pricing tools and operations.
Ability to drive projects to timely completion
Excellent communication skills with an ability to understand complex concepts, and communicate those concepts within all levels of the organization
Ability to find innovative ways to solve problems
Experience with data analysis and making financial data-driven decisions
Ability to work with partners and influence decisions cross-functionally and with senior leadership
