Job Description:
We are searching for a uncommonly talented and dynamic Director of Engineering to lead our Mobile teams to the next level in quality, innovation, and organization. Reporting directly to the VP Engineering, you will be responsible to deliver our EMM Apps. You will partner with Product, Design, QE, Operations and Support teams. You will be instrumental in mentoring managers and engineers working on new mobile features and experiences for our customers.

• Engineering and Mobile Excellence – You have experience leading engineering teams to ship high quality products. Be a highly-technical hands-on individual and an effective manager. You are an expert in one or more mobile platforms, and care tremendously about high quality mobile experience.

What you have done:
• 12+ years of software development experience, with 6+ years of mobile development experience
• As a second level manager, technically led and managed multiple engineering teams and products
• Expertise in architecting, debugging and optimizing mobile applications in at least one platform, iOS, Android or JS
• Experience on designing large, distributed solutions
• Knowledge about security, encryption and certificates
• Experience with developer testing, including functional and scale testing, continuous integration
• BS or higher degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related disciplines. MS or PhD preferred
