Senior Director - Product Management - Cisco - San Jose
Job description
As Senior Director of Product Management, you will be responsible for designing the next generation of collaboration technology. You will contribute to Cisco' deep portfolio of intellectual property that is foundational to conferencing, messaging, video and teams. Some of the products that you will work on include Cisco WebEx, Jabber, and Project Squared and you will bring to market an entire collaboration ecosystem from apps and experiences to platforms and partners.
Role & Responsibilities
As Senior Director of Product Management your mission will be to own, communicate and accelerate our existing product roadmap while crafting and executing forward looking product strategies that drive significant market penetration and revenue growth. You will serve as a key business partner and thought leader within the leadership team, and to other key stakeholders including engineering, sales and marketing.

Minimum Qualifications
• 15+ years of progressive leadership responsibility with mobile, social or collaboration product teams.
• Demonstrated strength in communicating a roadmap that is easy to follow, maintainable across products, integrated, forward looking and actionable.
• Track record of success in building a multi-product portfolio with complex technological components.
• Track record of successfully building competitive products that serve multiple industries.
• Mobile experience with P&L responsibility, managing tradeoffs, driving organizational alignment and maximizing business value.
• Proven ability to manage the “Go To Market” aspects of Product management
• Exceptional communicator with superior interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable speaker at Trade shows and other customer-facing events
Desired
• Experience with Agile Product Management
• Experience with data visualization, routinely reporting market conditions and product metrics
