Job Description:
As a leader within the Professional Services organization, you are responsible for ensuring that a quality solution is delivered in a timely manner, at budget, and to our client*s satisfaction. This involves working closely with the client to understand and manage their expectations, as well as working closely with Oracle and third-party vendors to ensure delivery.
Establish a vision for Campaign Services that will align with product and industry trends.
Serves in a department management role and is responsible for growth and profitability of the service line. Plans, organizes, directs and controls the work activities and staff of the Campaign Services practice. Supports Sales efforts involving delivery from his/her Service Line. Manages client relationships and is responsible for the quality of Campaign Services delivered by his/her service line.
Demonstrate leadership. Handle client escalations. Manage team of expert resources by allocating resources, forecasting, hiring, reviewing quality reports, and ensure development/training for team. Represents Campaign Services organization at client meetings and presentations.
10+ years of professional experience. 5+ years Management experience preferred. Excellent presentation skills. Excellent written and oral communication.
Responsibilities
Hire and manage a growing team of campaign specialists
Assume responsibility for project scopes, estimates, timelines and deliverables
Work with operations team to plan for forecasted work for global Oracle clients
Manage all campaign services team personnel and staffing needs, from forecasting through retention
Work with client teams to ensure high quality service delivery.
Requirements
Must have at least 5+ years of related management experience in a production environment
Driven and entrepreneurial, this individual must possess the ability not only to manage but also to both design and build a team
Must have proven experience recruiting and retaining top talent
Must have demonstrated experience fostering innovation, creativity, collaboration, and professional growth of direct reports
Must have proven experience scoping, resourcing and forecasting workload
Must understand how to work with executive management, account management, creative, operations and technical staff
Should possess experience working across email, mobile social and web channels
Exceptional organization, communication, motivation, mediation and leadership skills
Must exhibit calm in a fast-paced environment with demands coming simultaneously from many directions

Accountable for fulfilling business goals, meeting budgets, maintaining strategic direction, and ensuring quality of delivery by consultants within their organization. Plans, organizes, directs and controls the work activities and staff of an Expert Services practice. Normally manages and leads through a management team consisting of Practice and Technical Managers and Directors. Responsible for operational results of Expert Services group, quality of delivery, and assuring reference-ability for that group. Plans, organizes, directs and controls the work activities and staff of an Expert Services practice. Supports Sales efforts involving delivery from his/her Expert Services Line. 15+ years of professional experience. 8-10 years Management experience in a Software Development organization preferred. Excellent presentation skills. Excellent written and oral communication.
