Job Description:
This role reports to the VP of Total Rewards and plays a leadership role in the Total Reward team. You would participate in the strategic development, planning, and execution of the company’s benefits programs aligned to the company goals. Assess the needs of the Employee population, develop, communicate and implement cost-effective, quality benefit programs that are industry and market competitive to contribute to recruitment and retention of high performing individuals.

Responsibilities
Assess the needs of the Employee population, develop, communicate and implement cost-effective, quality benefit programs that are industry and market competitive to contribute to recruitment and retention of high performing individuals.
Evaluate Health and Welfare financial plan performance to ensure it supports the corporate initiatives and budget.
Promote and communicate health and initiatives in an effective manner.
Facilitate the Annual Open enrollment process for GoDaddy Benefit Plans, with Annual Health Fairs and on-site Biometric Screenings.
Drive continuous improvement in collection and maintenance of benefits data. Ensure the quality and the integrity of data. Oversee the development of user documentation and training.
Prepare and present business case for benefits carrier and plan design changes to Executive Leadership Team. Ensure that recommended changes are fully implemented.
Manage the oversight of benefit vendors and third party administrators, including the oversight of benefit appeals procedures and processes.
Ensure compliance with federal and state guidelines. Keep up-to-date on legal and legislative issues related to all benefit and retirement plans. Ensure compliance with ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA regulations and Healthcare Reform (ACA).
Requirements
10+ years work experience in employee health benefits
Bachelor’s degree in related field required
Master’s degree in related field or equivalent experienced preferred
CBP, PHR, SPHR, CEBS Preferred
Experience with the management and compliance of 401(k) plans
Demonstrated leadership in a fast-paced and evolving organization.
Proven background in plan compliance
Ability to consult with employees at all organizational levels
Ability to forecast and prepare accurate budgets
Knowledge of relevant regulations in the US and abroad (Including ERISA, ACA, DOL and IRS Regulations 105h, 125, 132, 409a, et al)
Knowledge of benefits best practices
