Job Description:
Reporting to the Finance Director, Products & Solutions Huawei Technologies the Finance Program Director will be responsible for building a Finance Strategy team within the ICT Product team. Working closely with product marketing, pricing and development the successful candidate will help to develop.
Working with Product Marketing, R&D and Pricing, Finance Strategy Model – Sr. Finance Analyst.
Analyze and present financial reports in an accurate and timely manner; clearly communicate financial statements; collate financial reporting materials for all donor segments, and oversee all financial, project/program and grants accounting.
Assist in developing long-term goals and strategic objectives for the organization. Identifies, analyzes, and monitors issues that affect profitability, growth, and productivity.
Recommend financial and non-financial strategic alternatives and developing and maintaining operational plans, monitor progress and changes and keep senior leadership team abreast of the organization aware of the organization strategic goal.
Monitor and assist in the review of the internal and external business intelligence to assess the strength and weakness of the organization and help to identify opportunities and threats.
Desired Skills and Experience
Key Skill Set:
Understand the integrated product development process and proven experience in providing investment decision-support.
Strong experience in strategic planning, specialized in product portfolio management, resources allocation and project ranking related financial model and evaluation framework.
Ability to manage multiple tasks at once and a work ethic based on a strong desire to exceed expectations.
Outstanding financial modeling skills and advanced proficiency with Excel.
Problem Solving skills - be able to independently attach problems and provide recommendations and with high level of analytical thinking.
Educational Requirements:
BS/BA degree in Accounting or Finance and MBA a plus.
