Direct Sales and Operation Plan (SOP), analysis and administration functions for the Materials team. Development of demand planning and execution processes on a monthly, quarter and yearly basis.
Oversee all business analysis and administrative reporting for the monthly reporting cycle for the Material organization.

SOP Plan Management, Processes & Analysis
• Develop SOP plan and all Materials reporting leading to Customer On Time Delivery
• Ensure alignment of supply and demand from the factories and supply chain that satisfy customer requirements, while maintaining acceptable inventory levels.
• Develop and drive awareness through interaction using a cross functional department approach with team members, suppliers, and manufacturing groups.
• Oversee scheduling activities related to the internal and external purchase of material, material control, inventory control, shipping/receiving and store functions.
• Development of processes, business analysis, and accurate reporting of Materials Department
• Ensure and control Master data is accurate.
• Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of policies, procedures and material control systems.
Operations Management/Budget
• Ensures that customer service and On time Delivery objectives are achieved within existing financial constraints in order to maximize sales, market share and profit for company & customer
• Responsible for budgeting and forecasting operational needs 1 to 5 years into the future.
• Selects, develops and evaluates personnel as well as mentoring subordinate managers, to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
• Assures processes and resources are in place to facilitate efficient operations.
Knowledge/Skill Requirements
• Demonstrated record of success leading a successful Planning and Logistics Organization
• Strong decision making and problem solving skills based on procurement, planning, logistics knowledge and organizational skills.
• Knowledgeable in the areas of Manufacturing Scheduling and Operations Control Systems.
• Ability to demonstrate continuous effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround times, streamline work processes, and work cooperatively and jointly to provide quality seamless customer service.
• Ability to produce and maintain an accurate Master Production Schedule.
