Director Product Management Concur Bellevue

Job Description:
You will be responsible for defining and driving the product strategy for Concur’s Government solutions. Concur has already enjoyed enormous success to date in selling Expense and Travel solutions to Federal, State, and Local governments – both in the US and abroad – and now has an opportunity to rapidly accelerate growth in this segment of our business. You will ensure that Concur defines, designs, and delivers market-leading Travel, Expense, and Invoice solutions specifically for our Government clients.
Responsibilities:
Know our government clients and end-users better than anyone in the company! Why they choose Concur; how they buy, implement and use our solutions; the range of services and support they expect and need; how they grow with our solutions
Develop the business plan for the next generation of our Government solutions, including market and competitive analysis, customer segmentation and needs, and investment and resourcing models/options
Own the end-to-end solution vision for Government solutions and evangelize both within and external to Concur.
Define business and functional requirements for the Government solutions, and work across agile development teams, services teams, and customer experience teams to deliver that experience
Identify and track metrics to measure the progress and effectiveness of the solution through the full customer lifecycle
Provide regular and relevant communications for all levels of the organization to drive deep understanding of our product strategy, execution plans and progress against goals
Hire and manage a team of high performing, client-centric, product managers


Qualifications:
Think and act like an owner and an evangelist
10 + years experience managing products and/or product technology teams
Experience working in the Government sector preferred
Solid understanding of agile software development lifecycle
Superior verbal and written communication skills, tailored to both technical and non-technical audiences and all-levels of the organization
Positive attitude with a passion for impact
Bachelors degree, MBA preferred
