Director Food Service Sales Global Burger King PepsiCo Purchase

Job Description:
Global Accounts Development responsible for leading the selling efforts for global concepts in the restaurant segment in the PepsiCo Foodservice Division and includes selling the entire One PepsiCo beverage and food brand portfolio. The role leads and coordinates a team of four focused on leading, supporting, coaching & developing the team's skills to secure renewal and new accounts within the international Burger King Franchisee in addition to other FS Customers. Customer relationship building with C-Suite level buyers, strong influencing skills across PepsiCo Sectors and with internal functional partners is important. Top line revenue opportunity exceeds $131,000,000 and 65MM 8oz.
Key measures of success include Volume & Profit growth, financial deal development and negotiation, leading team to execute core Miller Heiman and PepsiCo sales process selling steps, and progress against AOP selling initiatives. Lastly as a member of the Global Account leadership team, this role also contributes to SGP & AOP thought leadership and development.

This position can be located in New York or Miami, FL.
Main Purpose:

This position will be responsible for complex Large Customer management, coordination over the next 15 months a multinational RFP for Burger King across Latin America, Europe, Middle East, Asia Pacific and Canada. Total size of the business is 65MM 8oz and $131MM in revenue.

Core Competencies & Responsibilities:

(1) Leading Sales Prospecting:
Leading team's efforts to confirm/identify viable new business opportunities on a country level, effective customer management on existing business, prospect new product opportunities across day parts. Responsibilities include tracking/monitoring progress against sales efforts. Interaction and collaboration with Sector and country leads to support and optimize sales efforts.

(2) Strategy Development:
Develop and execute customer strategy and key components to increase PepsiCo food and beverage share of emerging Food Service concepts.

(3)Customer Relationship Building & Key Cross-Function Interfacing:
Building trust with customers, development of relationships with customer leadership to facilitate selling efforts. Collaboration with fellow members of Global account and the Sectors team to ensure optimal approach to capabilities demonstrations, and support to NASMs in delivery of customer mtgs. Collaboration with Foodservice Customer Marketing team to support demonstration of PepsiCo capabilities to customers. Additional interfacing with other key functional teams such as Finance & Operations to facilitate selling success. Building customer relationship, influencing and wiring at Burger King Miami HQ, 3G, and SLT members of Burger King's international regions.

(4) Financial Deal Development & Negotiation:
Support and leadership deal architecture to best meet the needs of both PepsiCo and customers. Partnership with Finance function to ensure alignment and support for deal parameters and to support PepsiCo profit requirements, including deal approval. Partnership on negotiation of financial deal parameters with customer leadership.

Bachelor's Degree.
7-10+ years consumer packaged goods sales experience preferred.
5+ years of Foodservice and People Management experience ideal.
Position requires 50-60% travel.
Bi Lingual- Spanish and/or Portuguese speaking preferred.
