Job Description:
Responsible for direct supervision and strategic leadership of procurement functions throughout TAES. Primary responsibilities include vendor selection and results monitoring, development of strategic sourcing agreements to leverage spending, improve/maintain service levels, process improvements, and overall cost reduction.
Key Responsibilities
Establish overall direction for procurement at the organizational level.
Develop, implement and ensure compliance with procurement related policies, procedures and best practices.
Execute contractual relationships on behalf of the company, and manage key supplier relationships, and negotiations
Develop vendor selection and measurement criteria and insure compliance across the organization.
Develop strategic relationships and practices to support long term contracts to optimize savings.
Develop KPIs and dashboard reporting to measure performance and deliverables.
Partner with engineering, product management, materials and quality teams to support new product introductions or other requirements

Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business or Engineering related field with a minimum of 7 years sourcing experience required
Prior procurement management experience, preferably in energy or a related field
Strong negotiation and vendor management experience
Strong data analytics and presentation skills
Proficiency in MS office required
Strong interpersonal communication skills with the ability to negotiate and use expert judgment.
Procurement experience using ERP system required, Oracle experience preferred
Strong organizational and presentation skill
Ability to work independently and present directly effectively to various levels within the organization
Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Strong commercial skills a plus.
Education And Training
Minimum of an undergraduate degree in a Supply Chain Management, Business or Engineering related field.
7 years’ experience preferred, prior procurement management required.
